We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and personal checks. Any orders paid for with a check will be held until the check has cleared the bank (approximately 7 business days). Our site is secure but if you are uncomfortable using your credit card on the internet please give us a call at (909) 429-9287 to give us your credit card number. We will also accept orders by fax (909) 429-1526.
Your credit card will NOT be charged until we are ready to ship.

We ship from our store site in Bloomington, California. Shipping charges are as follows:
Within the United States
$ 00.01 - $ 49.99 - You pay the actual cost for shipping.
$ 50.00 - $ 99.99 - You pay ½ of the actual cost for shipping.
$100.00 & up - You pay no shipping. Scrapbook Outlet will
pay the cost for shipping.
Outside the United States - You pay the actual shipping cost.
WE ADD NO HANDLING CHARGES TO YOUR ORDER.

Scrapbook Outlet means just that, we are an OUTLET. Nothing is full price, everything is 10% - 50% off suggested retail. Most stores increase their prices 10% - 30% above the suggested retail price just because they can get away with it. When we set our prices, we use the suggested retail and then take off the discount. This is determined by the amount that we are able to purchase the item for. We buy some of our product through overstock, discontinued and going out of business offers. Due to the nature of this type of purchase we could have a few of certain items or many of each. It also causes the prices to vary from one time to another depending on the price we are able to get it for.
BROWSING OUR SITE
We have tried to make this process as easy as possible. There are four ways to find products.
1. Categories (stickers, paper, die cuts, etc.)
2. Manufacturer (Stamping Station, Lighthouse Memories, Sandy Lion, etc.)
3. Theme (Christmas, Birthday, Outdoors, etc.)
4. Search by word (any word that might be used to describe that product)
RETURN POLICY
We do not sent any products that are not in new condition. Due to the fact that we are an outlet, all sales are final. If there is an error in your order due to our negligence, we will be happy to take care of it.
